Mini Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf of white bread, crusts removed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced ham
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced turkey

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, dill, parsley, and chives.
  2. Spread the mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Top each slice of bread with a layer of red onion, cucumber, tomato, smoked salmon, ham, and turkey.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.
  5. Cut each sandwich into four triangles.

Tips:

  • You can use any type of bread you like.
  • You can use any type of filling you like.
  • You can make these sandwiches ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator.
