Ingredients:
- 1 loaf of white bread, crusts removed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced tomato
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced ham
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced turkey
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, dill, parsley, and chives.
- Spread the mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Top each slice of bread with a layer of red onion, cucumber, tomato, smoked salmon, ham, and turkey.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut each sandwich into four triangles.
